Wisdom – Let It Be

Wisdom debuts on SpitFireHipHop with his ‘Let It Be’ video.

Wiseman Wiz, or Wisdom, recently moved to Houston from Nigeria two years ago and he’s already making a splash in the music industry. His first taste of fame came three years ago when he flew to see Adele perform in Vancouver. The British multi Grammy award winner invited then 21-year-old Nigerian on stage and he stole a kiss from her! FYI, she wasn’t married then.

Now, Wiseman Wiz is back with a hot new gospel record called “Let It Be.” In the video, he took a page out of the book of the famous Netflix film “Bird Box.” He blind folded himself knowing that God will make a way for him despite the lack of sight.

“Let It Be” is a catchy pop blend of pop, gospel and RnB with a lyrical content of personal struggles and a person seeking happiness. Wisdom channels his faith in this track, mentioning how God has helped him to push through the darkness and find a light.

Growing up in Nigeria he has been exposed to many talented voices, singing in choirs throughout the majority of his youth. In his later life, he went on to complete a degree in Petroleum Chemistry and Engineering from the America University of Nigeria in 2011. Alongside his studies he performs in Winners Chapel International Houston choir and the University Mens choir at the Moores School of Music.
